Included are the DSL modem, 2 filters, 1 telephone cord and 1 Ethernet cable. An Ethernet card is required to connect to the DSL modem.

An additional dial-up account can be purchased for an extra $5.00 per month for 10 hours of access. Overtime is billed at $1.00 per hour.

No charge dial-up will be provided if a DSL connection fails. Dial-up access will remain activated at no charge until the DSL connection is repaired.

Services are based on Bell Nexxia's platform. We cannot guarantee proper performance if more than 2 Ethernet devices try to access the Internet through this service. Please contact Vianet Support for further information.
